Description

Wickham Park Community Center is a 18,000 square foot building with full size gymnasium (500 people), full kitchen, a small room (30-40 people), medium room (60-70 people), and large room (900-100 people) for classes and rentals.

Rental Information

FULL SIZE GYMNASIUM SEATING: Up to 300 Rental Rate: $70/hr + tax (3 Hour Minimum)

SMALL ROOM: SEATING: 30 to 40 people Rental Rate: $15/hr + tax (3 Hour Minimum)

MEDIUM ROOM: SEATING: 60 to 70 people Rental Rate: $30/hr + tax (3 Hour Minimum)

LARGE ROOM: SEATING: 90 to 100 people Rental Rate: $50/hr + tax (3 Hour Minimum)

ADD-ONS: (Includes tax)

Kitchen - $74.00/day After Open Hours Staff Fee - $25.00/hr Alcohol Permit Fee - $25.00

Damage Deposit: $300.00 - Personal check, cashiers check or money order only. No cash or credit card payments for security deposits.
