This facility is adaptable to wedding receptions, business luncheons/meetings, and parties. There are also large grounds for outdoor activities as well.

LARGE ROOM: The large room is located on the east side of the building adjacent to the river. Glass panel doors provide a view of the river and patio area. SIZE: 3,675 square feet SEATING: Up to 125 people COST: $236 + tax (resident) $281 + tax (non-resident) 3 hr block- $77 + tax (resident) $92 + tax (non-resident)
PAVILION RENTAL: COST: $62 (includes tax) for residents and $78 (includes tax) for Non-Residents DEPOSIT: $100 Damage deposit
NOTE: A refundable security deposit of $300 is required for each rental. Deposit is refundable as long as contract rules were followed. Security deposit must be in the form of a money order, cashier’s check or personal check. SERVICES (Included with rental)
