(Ages 8 – 11 Years & Ages 12 – 15 Years)
These classes will help your kids get on the road to culinary stardom, or maybe just be to little more self-sufficient after school, by learning health choice meals. This class will also teach basic cooking techniques and hands on learning by reading recipes, counting calories, and adding the ingredients for fun with their peers. All participants will receive an apron, recipes, and cooking utensils to take home weekly.
